Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AI and computer vision technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other account management tools.
